त्याग व सेवा याचे उत्तम उदाहरण सोनिया गांधी – डॉ. रत्नाकर महाजन

कॉंग्रेस पिंपरी ब्लॉकच्या वतीने सोनिया गांधी यांच्या वाढदिवसानिमित्त रक्तदान शिबीर

नवराष्ट्र न्युज ऑनलाईन :- पिंपरी (दि. ९ डिसेंबर २०२०) कॉंग्रेसच्या राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्षा सोनिया गांधी यांचे जीवन त्याग आणि सेवा याचे उत्तम उदाहरण आहे. तत्कालीन पंतप्रधान राजीव गांधी यांच्या हत्येनंतर सोनिया गांधी यांना पंतप्रधान होता आले असते. परंतू त्यांनी त्या पदाचा मोह न धरता डॉ. मनमोहन सिंग यांना पंतप्रधान केले. पदापेक्षा देशाची अखंडता, सुरक्षितता याला त्यांनी जास्त महत्व दिले. उच्च शिक्षित प्रशासनाचा प्रचंड अनुभव असणारे व ज्येष्ठ अर्थतज्ञ डॉ. मनमोहन सिंग यांनी त्यांच्या पंतप्रधान पदाच्या दहा वर्षांच्या कार्यकालात देशाच्या अर्थव्यवस्थेचा आलेख चढत्या क्रमाने ठेवला. सोनिया गांधी यांच्या वाढदिवसानिमित्त आयोजित केलेला रक्तदान शिबीराचा हा उपक्रम स्तुत्य आहे. असे महाराष्ट्र प्रदेश कॉंग्रेस कमिटीचे प्रवक्ते डॉ. रत्नाकर महाजन म्हणाले.

कॉंग्रेसच्या राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्षा सोनिया गांधी यांच्या वाढदिवसानिमित्त पिंपरी ब्लॉकच्या वतीने बुधवारी (दि. ९डिसेंबर) आकुर्डी प्राधिकरणात रक्तदान शिबीराचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. यावेळी पिंपरी चिंचवड शहर जिल्हा कॉंग्रेसचे अध्यक्ष सचिन साठे, माजी महापौर कविचंद भाट, ज्येष्ठ नेत्या शामला सोनवणे, महिला शहराध्यक्षा गिरीजा कुदळे, माजी नगरसेवक राजाभाऊ गोलांडे, अल्पसंख्यांक सेलचे प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष राजेंद्रसिंह वालिया आदी प्रमुख उपस्थित होते. तसेच आयोजक व पिंपरी ब्लॉक अध्यक्ष बाळासाहेब साळुंखे, शिक्षण मंडळाचे माजी उपसभापती व भोसरी ब्लॉकचे अध्यक्ष विष्णूपंत नेवाळे, चिंचवड ब्लॉक अध्यक्ष परशूराम गुंजाळ, सतिश भोसले, सेवादलाचे शहराध्यक्ष मकरध्वज यादव, ज्येष्ठ नागरीक सेलचे अध्यक्ष लक्ष्मण रुपनर, मोरया ब्लड बॅंकेचे व्यवस्थापक मकरंद शहापूरकर, दिलीप पांढरकर, शहाबुद्दीन शेख, विशाल कसबे, गौरव चौधरी, चंद्रशेखर जाधव, अनिरुध्द कांबळे, सुनिल राऊत, भास्कर नारखेडे, अक्षय शहरकर, ऋषिकेश थोरात, हिरामण खवळे, सचिन काळभोर, पांडूरंग जगताप, विश्वनाथ खंडाळे, बाबा बनसोडे, अश्विन सोनवणे, सुरेश लिंगायत, गुंगा क्षिरसागर, बाजीराव आल्हाट, संगिता कळसकर, शोभा पगारे, वैष्णवी ढाकोळकर, आदी उपस्थित होते. कॉंग्रेसचे ज्येष्ठ नेते दिलीप पांढरकर यांच्या वतीने सर्व रक्तदात्यांना हेल्मेट भेट देण्यात आले. जमा झालेल्या रक्ताच्या बाटल्या मोरया ब्लड बॅंकेला देण्यात आल्या.
